WARRANTY

What kind of warranty do I get with my scooter?
The length and terms of the warranty vary between manufacturers. You can find the exact length of warranty for the product you are interested in within the "specifications" section on each individual product page. The warranty is located at the bottom of the specification list. Again the terms differ by manufacturer but if it is determined that the defect is in no way caused by misuse or abuse from the customer, the manufacturer will replace the damaged part free of charge. If the scooter needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping while the manufacturer will be responsible for cost of parts and labor.



CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. Please be sure about your purchase before following through with your order. With that said, if we receive your cancellation request before processing your order we will do our best to accomodate your request. Again it must be noted all sales are final and there is no guarantee that we will be able to do this for you. In the event it is possible to cancel your order, a 5% fee will be applied to cover the credit card processing fee.

After an order has been shipped, it is still possible to return your order under the terms of our return policy (see below for details). When your order arrives, we recommend refusing the delivery to avoid having to pay the return shipping costs. However, all other applicable fees detailed in our return policy will apply.

RETURN POLICY

What if I find my scooter to be damaged or defective when I get it?

We carry only scooters from reputable quality manufacters, but even under the best circumstances, products may arrive with defect or shipping damage.

Please inspect your scooter thoroughly immediately after receiving it. Your scooter may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt if it is determined that the scooter was damaged in the intial shipping or has a manufacturer's defect as determined by the manufacturer.

A2B Scooters must authorize all returns BEFORE they are sent. Please send an email within 7 days to info@a2bscooters.com to receive the required pre-authorization. Once we authorize a return we will email you back with your Return Merchandise Authorization number(RMA), the return mailing address and further instructions. Again, all returns must be pre-authorized without exception.

All scooters must also be shipped back in the original box. The box must contain all the original packaging, accessories, manuals, instructions, warranties, a copy of the invoice and all other original materials. The scooter will be sent back to the manufacturer at the customer's expense and there will be a restocking fee up to 25% depending on the manufacturer.

Can I return my scooter even if it's not damaged or defective?

A scooter may be returned within 7 days of receipt only if it has not been used at all. NO used scooters are eligible for return. All scooters as described above must be sent back in their original box with all the original content. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges as well as a 25% restocking fee.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club as well as PayPal. You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. Orders that have not been authorized will not be processed.

We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, cash wires and personal checks. Orders will shipped after we receive payment. In the case of personal checks, your scooter will be shipped to you once your check has cleared.

Is my credit card information safe when ordering from A2B scooters?

Do I need to pay tax?

A2B Scooters does not charge any tax on any of our scooters unless the scooter is going to a WA shipping address. All deliveries with a WA state shipping address are required by law to pay an 9.9% WA state sales tax. If you are a WA state resident and the scooter is going to be shipped to a state other than WA, you are not required to pay the 9.5% WA sales tax.

SHIPPING

Our General Shipping Policies

Once you place an order we will send you an email with the tracking information within 2 business days of shipment. All our deliveries including our free shipping uses only reputable carriers. We typically ship with UPS, FedEx and DHL. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. It should also be noted that some items may be shipped separately.

How soon does my order leave the warehouse?

Your order will typically leave from the warehouse within 48 business hours of processing your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

How long will it take once the scooter leaves the warehouse?

The time it takes for your scooter to arrive once it leaves the warehouse will depend on where you live. Please consult with the transit map below to approximate when it will arrive when using our promotional FREE SHIPPING. Please note this transit time refers to business days only and does not include weekends or holidays.





Can I get my scooter shipped express delivery?

If you want your scooter in a hurry, no problem! We can usually do 3rd day, 2nd day or next day for an additional fee. Simply drop us an email us at shipping@a2bscooters.com with the scooter you're interested in, your full shipping address and and type of shipping you want and we'll send you back a quote.

Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. However, warranties are too difficult to service overseas therefore all warranties are considered null and void with international orders.
